PAYMENTS
Credit cards will be automatically charged in advance of each shipment. Shipments are non-refundable. Please provide accurate contact information, including billing, shipping, email, telephone, and current credit card, for a seamless experience. If you choose to pick up your wine from the vineyard, you will have 45 days from the processing date to do so.
PICKING UP
You can go by your designated pick up location during their business hours to pick up your allocation (take advantage of your complimentary tastings!). Wine allocations will need to be picked up from your designated pick-up location within 45 days from the pick-up start date. Our satellite locations including: Georgetown, Granbury, McKinney, and Dallas(Bishop Arts District) have limited storage space therefore are unable to hold orders for longer than the 45 day period. If you are unable to have your allocation shipped, you can request to have your allocation picked up in Fredericksburg after the 45 day period however we cannot guarantee the wines will be the initial wines in your order. We strongly encourage our wine club members to make reservations before visiting any of our locations.
SHIPPING
If you choose to ship your wine, please note that you will be responsible for any shipping, return, and re-shipping expenses. Once processed, no refunds can be issued. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for orders that were shipped to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided on your account. We highly recommend double-checking your shipping details prior to card processing.

CANCELLATIONS
By joining our wine club you understand that you will be charged a cancellation fee of $99 if you cancel your membership before three wine club shipments have been processed. In order to cancel your membership, all wine club cancellations must be made 30 days prior to Club processing dates:
