Our 2023 vintage starts with aromas of honeysuckle, apple cider, and a hint of brioche. This bright and lovely wine tastes of baked pears, marzipan, butterscotch, and a soft minerality on the sunshiny finish. Pair with scallops, grilled sea bass or a warm baguette.
