Made from a Pinot Noir blend this non-vintage sparkling wine shows aromas of red fruits, fresh berries, strawberry, cranberry and wisp of rose petals. Delicate but bright. On the palate you will notice bright and crisp acidity, notes of strawberry and cranberry upfront with a balanced and rounded finish. Pairs well with a wide variety of dishes. It's particularly good with grilled scallops, fresh green salads, and fried mozzarella sticks.
